Oct. 15th, 2008 03:08 amWater Aerobics is still going well. It is amazing how energized I feel after going there. The only issue is the smell and my neverending love of sleep.
I used to be a swimmer years ago. Which apparently I haven't forgotten how or lost my skills in that department, although I have lost my stamina. So I should be okay with the smell of chlorine on my skin. I can't stand it. And I don't like the shampoo and conditioner I use to combat the damage the chlorine does to my hair. Every so often I will catch a whiff and my stomach will curdle.
The other issue is really a non issue. It is my desire to sleep longer than I need.
But I still can swim and it does feel good.
